    Cherry picker trucks have extendable booms or arms with a large basket capable of supporting one or more people, depending on the truck, arm, and basket size. Lifting capacity is commonly in the 250- to 265-kilogram (551- to 584-pound) range but can vary from 227 kg (500 lbs) to 454 kg (1,000 lbs).
