Grain augers/conveyors, also called screw conveyors or screw elevators, transport grain from a truck, wagon, or cart typically to storage bins. Most models are mobile – powered by electric motors, internal combustion engines, or a tractor’s power supply – and can pair with such accessories as hydraulic winch lifts and hoppers.

Pakosh developed a prototype in 1946, eventually started his own company, and mass-produced his models under the Versatile brand.
