Massey Ferguson MF5710D & MF5711D Now Available With Dyna-4 Transmission
Loader-ready from the factory, Massey Ferguson’s new 5700 Global Series mid-range tractors make nimble speed and direction changes, thanks to their clutchless Dyna-4 transmission with 16 forward and 16 reverse speeds. The two new models include the 100-horsepower (74.5-kilowatt) MF5710D and the 110-horsepower (82-kilowatt) MF5711D. Massey Ferguson includes a full slate of standard features to optimize work around the farm, such as an easy-to-read digital screen, three hydraulic remotes and a 540E/540/1000 PTO, and radial tires for better traction and ride.
Faster & More Efficient Work
The Dyna-4 transmission on the MF5710D and MF5711D lets operators shift through all gears and ranges on the roll, which should speed up time-consuming tasks like loading and stacking hay or cleaning barns and livestock lots. Massey Ferguson also includes its Auto-Drive feature, which speed-matches the transmission to shift automatically depending on the selected mode. For instance, the transmission shifts automatically at 1,500 rpm in Eco mode and 2,100 rpm in Power mode. For additional convenience, there’s a combination power shuttle and power control lever on the left side of the steering column that allows the operator to change direction, change gears, and de-clutch the tractor with the left hand.
Capable When Called On
Massey Ferguson powers the new tractors with fuel-efficient AGCO Power 4.4-liter, four-cylinder diesel engines that meet Tier 4 final emissions standards without a costly and time-consuming diesel particulate filter. When operations call for extremely low speeds, farmers can utilize the 32 X 32 creeper gear option to run at speeds as low as .06 mph. For responsive loader action, the MF5710D and MF5711D feature an open-center hydraulic system with two high-pressure pumps, one with a standard flow rate of 11 gpm (gallons per minute) to the rear three-point linkage and the other with 15 gpm to the remote valves and the loader.
